Receiving:
Our receiving hours are 7:30 AM to 2pm
Monday - Friday. When the product is received
on our Dock the items are counted and
checked against the packing list. Any
Discrepancies or damage is immediately
Noted on the packing slip and our client is
Notified. If there are no discrepancies the
product is received into storage and a signed
copy of the packing list is forwarded to our
client. After merchandise is received its either put to the clients designated storage area or prepared for shipping as previously instructed by the client.
Shipping:
Our shipping hours are 8am-3: 30pm Monday – Friday.
Orders that are picked and staged for shipment are
double checked for accuracy and stability.
Pallets are then stretch wrapped and labeled
to help insure they arrive to the proper
location in a secure and professional manner.
Storage:
Our facility is equipped with a full alarm and sprinkler system to ensure your merchandise is secure and safe from damage. At Diamond we utilize the floor space, ceiling heights and a racking system. At the time of your consultation we will decide which storage solution would best suit your company’s needs.
